1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Studio OS Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Studio OS Pro is an all-in-one cloud workspace for freelance web designers. The Service includes tools for client management, project tracking, invoicing, proposals, contracts, site audits, design utilities, and more. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
